and 75 miles from Austin, the Museum
is located in the heart of the Texas Hill
Country in historic Fredericksburg.

Who can attend: Invation is open to all that is interested.

Transportation: You are responsible for your own transportation.

Cost: No charge. If you are going to join us on the tour through the museum, you are responsible for paying for your own ticket.

The Plaque Dedication Event: The plaque dedication ceremony is honoring Bob Sumner and the men of the Alamo Scouts. A rifle squad will fire a 21 gun salute and a bugler will play “Taps” after the ceremony. In The begining of the ceremony the Executive Director and Historian of the Alamo Scouts Association will give a dedication Speech to address members and friends.
